Rained tonight and the girls backed out of swimming, so I didn't get to go in tonight. Bah. By the time I got home the body was so weak and sorta creaky-like that I didn't do anything once I got in the door, either. Back to the gym tomorrow, tail between legs, to tell the trainer. But! Upped the yardage on Tuesday BIGtime, so that should be considered a small consolation, right?

In the car today with DD she insisted that I ought to run right out and buy "The Rules" so I could turn around my dating patterns. She listened to the 30 second synopsis of The BridgeBoy Escapades and said it's likely a lost cause because I've already broken three of, like, the top ten no-no's, according to the ladies who wrote the book. So much for seeking input from the sister. And if she's right, well, shoot me now.

In other news, new cell phone arrived today! Hallelujah. Should be, Lordisawilling, up and running by tomorrow. Once again I'll have the tool(s) to sustain multiple friendships at a time.

Not much else to report. Waking up early tomorrow, so I'd better turn in.
